The operation and management
in SP-NICE is based on the concept of taking people
as the fundamental and respecting the development of
personalities as well as the innovative power thus generated,
to make an atmosphere of enterprise culture as “trust,
inheritance, harmony and excellence”.
Trust
Credit shall be put on the first place to enable each employee to establish objective self-confidence. Efforts shall be made to discover and cultivate the sense of responsibility and sense of mission in every employee so that they’ll believe in their colleagues, win trust of their colleagues and establish harmonious work relationship there between. Trust is the essence and basis of teamwork and valuable wealth of the Company.
Inheritance
The traditional Chinese culture is our spiritual prop. We should, on the basis of referring to the successful experience of our predecessors, assimilate a great deal of progressive culture, unceasingly improve the Company’s operating and administrative concepts, take the electric industry as the foothold and base and do our best in promoting the development of the National power industry.
Harmony
harmony is the first and foremost purpose in handling interpersonal relationships with rites. We must make the greatest efforts to build a fair, equal administration platform which provides to everybody a sufficient space for his development and being promoted so that under the conditions that principles coexist with leniency, both internal and external resources of the Company can be harmoniously, sufficiently and effectively mobilized and the simultaneously growth of the enterprise and individual employees can be effected.

Being prepared for danger in times of peace gives us the initiative of innovation. The spirits of seeking truth from facts and always endeavoring to do still better enable us to approach the goal of “Strengthening our state with science and technology, rejuvenating the country with industry and letting everybody be a flagstone in making the Chinese Nation Prosperous”.
